These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between gbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at gbaji.vu and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces operated by gbaji.

Account Verification (KYC)

gbaji may conduct identity verification checks at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected on your account. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your gbaji account instantly in the vast majority of cases. gbaji reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership for any deposit. This may include a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing the account holder name matching your registered gbaji name, or a bank statement. Deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to you may be frozen pending investigation.

gbaji does not charge any deposit fees on bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions. Standard transaction fees charged by your payment provider (if any) are your responsibility. For international card deposits, your card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees — gbaji has no control over these charges and is not responsible for them.

Withdrawals from your gbaji account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.

gbaji reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. These checks may extend processing times by up to 48 hours. gbaji will notify you via email if a withdrawal is subject to extended review. Withdrawal requests are processed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

gbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms & Conditions in addition to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry period will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not immediately withdrawable as cash.

Bet Placement

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number is generated. You cannot amend or cancel a confirmed bet except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit facility for that market.

Settlement & Void Bets

• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, gbaji will apply sport-specific void and settlement rules as published in the platform's sport rules section. The general default is that bets on incomplete events are voided and stakes returned.
• In the case of a palpable error (including but not limited to an odds error or a market offered in error), gbaji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. A bet submitted during live betting will be accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by gbaji's system, which may differ from the odds displayed at the moment you clicked the bet slip. Dispute Process

Upon receiving a dispute, gbaji's compliance team will investigate and provide a written response within 5 business days. gbaji's decision on all disputes governed by these Terms is final. If you remain unsatisfied following gbaji's final decision, you may seek resolution through the dispute resolution procedures available under the laws of the applicable offshore jurisdiction.
